Thomas College Connection
by Tamiko Paquette
January 2019 marks the spring semester for Thomas College students.
Education majors enrolled in the required STEAM class will be working side by side with our GT students on a collaborative multidisciplinary unit that will encompass the use of the 3D printer as part of a final project.
Students from Thomas will come to MMS and CMS to work with students, and it is hopeful that our students will spend a day on the Thomas College campus working in the Center for Innovation and experiencing the thrill of being on a college campus.
This collaboration is made possible by the concerted efforts of Dr. Kate Cook of Thomas, Rebecca Cobban (our MMS librarian), Kim Fish (Technology Integrator at MMS) and Tamiko Paquette (GT teacher at MMS).
