Water Bottle Flipping Lab
Exciting times are happening in Mrs. Hardy’s 6th-grade science class at Messalonskee Middle School! Students flipped their way through the Water Bottle Flipping Lab, exploring the science behind angular momentum and gravity. They began by predicting the optimal amount of water needed to successfully flip a bottle and land it upright, then tested their hypotheses in action. It was a joy to watch them apply their understanding of the scientific method while having a great time! #WeAreRSU18
